As all our jigsaw puzzles and wall arts are made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of heart or any reason other than damage or quality issues.

Refunds

We take great care in producing high-quality jigsaw puzzles and wall arts. If you receive a damaged item or encounter any quality issues, we are happy to offer a refund. Please follow the steps below to request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hi@ponderium.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

  3. Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it and notify you via email. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order jigsaw puzzles and wall arts (unless they are damaged or defective)
  • Items returned without prior approval
